Evoque’s Dallas/Webb Chapel data center is located at 11830 Webb Chapel Rd., Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75234. Positioned in one of North America's major connectivity and business hubs, this facility provides low-latency access to leading public cloud providers and direct links to Evoque’s nationwide data center network. It is a strategic choice for global enterprises seeking secure, scalable infrastructure and interconnection capabilities.

The facility encompasses a total building size of 127,000 square feet, with 77,124 square feet of raised floor space dedicated to data operations. It is rated within Seismic Zone 1, offering a geographically stable environment for critical systems. Evoque guarantees a 100% SLA for power, network, and bandwidth, ensuring optimal uptime and consistent service delivery.

Customers can deploy standard cabinets measuring 45U and 42 inches in depth, with power configurations of 4 kW or 6 kW. For higher power needs, cage configurations are available that support up to 300 watts per square foot. Customized, high-density deployments can be supported through build-to-suit solutions designed to meet specific client requirements.

The data center supports a maximum power density of 0.3 kilowatts per square foot. Power is protected by a UPS system with N+1 redundancy, ensuring consistent availability during maintenance or equipment failure. Cooling infrastructure is also designed with N+1 redundancy, while standby power systems maintain N+1 redundancy to further safeguard against outages.

Security is a key priority at the Dallas/Webb Chapel facility. It is staffed 24/7 with on-site security personnel and employs multi-factor access control systems, including mantraps, biometric scanners, and card-based entry. The facility is under constant CCTV surveillance for video monitoring and incident review. Fire protection is handled using a VESDA smoke detection system in combination with a pre-action dry pipe suppression system, providing early warning and rapid response to potential threats.

In addition to robust infrastructure, the facility offers several workplace amenities. Clients have access to two private conference rooms and a generous amount of office space for drop-in use. A dedicated loading bay ensures efficient handling and delivery of IT equipment, enhancing operational flexibility.
