HS COLO operates out of a hardened, state of the art data center designed to meet the highest industry standards for security and reliability. The facility is SSAE 18 formerly SAS 70 Type II compliant, ensuring that all operational processes meet rigorous auditing requirements. Spanning a total building size of 55,000 square feet, the data center offers a controlled environment specifically engineered to house and protect high quality colocation solutions.

Security and operational integrity are maintained through a dedicated onsite management team. The facility is monitored 24 by 7 by 365 by an expert Network Operations Center staff, ensuring that any technical issues are addressed in real time. This constant vigilance provides clients with peace of mind, knowing that their critical infrastructure is overseen by in house professionals at all hours.

Unlike providers that offer generic off the shelf products, HS COLO treats colocation as a highly customizable and adaptable service. Clients can choose from a variety of physical configurations, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rack space, or private cages and suites. The facility serves as a robust hub for business continuity, offering dedicated disaster recovery environments. To support personnel during a crisis, the center features more than 70 seats in a professional open area, along with three private offices capable of holding four to eight people each. The facility includes 20,000 square feet of fully built out whitespace dedicated to high performance networking.

Reliability is anchored by a sophisticated power infrastructure featuring N plus 1 redundancy. The facility utilizes dual independent redundant UPS systems supported by a combination of lead acid and gel pack battery sets. This layered standby power design ensures continuous operation and protection even during primary utility interruptions.

To maintain optimal hardware performance, the data center employs a comprehensive cooling strategy featuring 24 independent Liebert HVAC units. These units use roof mounted condensers to regulate temperature and humidity throughout the whitespace. The cooling architecture is also designed with redundant capacity, ensuring environmental stability if a single unit experiences failure.

HS COLO maintains a high standard for regulatory compliance, holding certifications for SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and DSS PCI. In addition to technical capabilities, the facility provides Remote Hands services and onsite amenities such as a loading bay, conference rooms, office space, and specialized equipment including crash carts and loaner tools. The campus also offers convenient parking and guest WiFi, creating a fully functional environment for visiting clients and technicians.
