This data center is highly secured, featuring PCI Compliant infrastructure, ensuring the handling of cardholder data meets industry standards. Access is rigorously controlled through Biometric and key card access control systems, specifically including a Card Reader and Biometric finger printing in a Man-Trap for heightened entry security. Surveillance is maintained by Security cameras with video DVR, backed by CCTV surveillance and Onsite Security Staff, 24/7. Surveillance is supported by Onsite Security Staff operating 24/7, and the facility holds HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II certifications, underscoring its commitment to data privacy and operational integrity.

The facility spans 4,000 sq. ft. of static dissipated flooring in a single-story building layout with a loading dock. Constructed as a purpose-built structure, the data center began operations in 2012 and is configured for sole tenant occupancy, ensuring dedicated resources and enhanced control for its tenant. The facility includes a backup data center and fully built-out whitespace, indicating readiness for future expansion. Its primary functional area is a dedicated 4,000 sq. ft. colocation space.

Power is delivered through AEP Power, with robust redundancy provided by A & B Side UPS systems (Liebert) and power distribution units (PDUs) to eliminate single points of failure. Backup power is ensured through a dedicated generator system, maintaining operations during power outages. For cooling, the data center employs redundant cooling systems and features hot and cold aisle configurations to optimize airflow and maintain stable temperatures for IT infrastructure.

The network architecture delivers high availability via a blended internet offering across three carriers, supported by multiple fiber entrances to ensure network path diversity. Connectivity stability is maintained with redundant internal internet cores and intelligent BGP routing for optimal traffic flow. Additional global connectivity is supported through direct integration with an Internet Exchange Point (IXP) and a dedicated peering network.

Colocation offerings include full or partial cabinet rentals, shared rack space, and secure cages for tenant hardware. Physical hosting options support 42U secured racks, virtual Windows and Linux server environments, and specialized IBM system hosting, including AS400 / i-Series, AIX, and Linux on Power systems. The data center also offers infrastructure-as-a-service solutions, disaster recovery services such as SAN-based replication, and data continuity planning through managed SAN replication services.

Technical operations are fully managed 24/7 via an NOC (Network Operations Center) and onsite technical staff. Support services include i-Series and AS400 management and remote hands assistance for general tenant operational requirements. The data center team holds major industry certifications including IBM, Windows, VMware, and Cisco, validating deep expertise in hybrid enterprise systems, virtualization, and network infrastructure management.
