The facility offers 26,000 square feet of raised floor space, with the potential to expand the total capacity to 52,000 square feet (Fully Built-Out Whitespace). The data center is a key hub, positioned within the AT&T downtown zero mile local loop and features a specialized Meet Me Room where both carrier and customer connections terminate.

Connectivity is robust, leveraging access to local and long haul fiber networks. The data center boasts a highly competitive carrier ecosystem with 50 Plus Carriers on or near net. The Meet Me Room is designed for easy interconnection, featuring carrier and customer patch panels located side-by-side, which facilitates customer choice for connectivity and cross-connects. The power infrastructure is designed for high availability and redundancy. It utilizes redundant true online 150 kVA Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) with an N+1 redundancy configuration for the UPS system. The entire site is protected by Transient Voltage Surge Suppression (TVSS). In the event of an extended utility outage, standby power is available to maintain operations, also configured with N+1 Standby Power Redundancy.

Environmental stability is maintained by thirteen 20-ton HVAC units, configured for N+1 redundancy for the cooling system. The temperature is strictly maintained at 72 degrees F dry bulb at ASHRAE 1%, and non-condensing humidity is kept between 30% and 60% to protect sensitive IT equipment.

The data center adheres to critical industry standards, holding PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification and an SSAE 16 Type II Certification. Physical security is maintained through CCTV surveillance monitoring all entry and exit points. For operational support, the facility includes a 24/7/365 NOC (Network Operations Center) on-site and a 24/7/365 engineering team on-call, offering Remote Hands services. The presence of onsite technical staff ensures immediate response and assistance.
