The Centersquare Data center is a highly sophisticated, multi-tenant colocation facility, offering a significant 60,000 square foot space. It is designed for optimal performance and scalability, featuring adaptable raised floor storage and dedicated ergonomic workspace. The facility is built for maximum reliability, ensured by full critical systems redundancy and robust, multi-level incremental security measures to protect data integrity.

These enterprises capitalize on the campus's proximity to Ohio State University and Amazon's newest data centers. The surrounding data center ecosystem is rich with service providers, including a variety of network and cloud providers, all accessible within the facility via a simple cross-connect.

Key redundancy levels are set at 2N for UPS, Cooling, and Standby Power systems, affirming its robust design. The maximum power density is rated at 0.200 kW/sq.f., and the facility's fundamental design adheres to Tier 3 standards.

The campus offers a flexible array of colocation options to suit diverse enterprise needs. Available footprints include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites. To support ongoing customer operations, the facility provides Remote Hands services. A Meet-Me-Room (MMR) facilitates crucial interconnections with the 3 network providers and 1 peering network available within the campus.

Security is a multi-layered priority, starting with Mantrap Entry and reinforced by continuous CCTV surveillance. Access control is stringent, utilizing Biometric Access Control and Card Access Control systems. For fire protection, the campus employs an Automatic Firesuppression system, specifically a Pre-action dry pipe sprinkler system. Security is maintained around the clock with Onsite Security Staff, 24/7.

The Columbus campus maintains a high level of certified compliance, including DSS PCI Certified, ISO27001 Certified, ISAE3402 Type 2 Certified, SOC 1 Type II Certified, SOC 2 Type II Certified, SSAE 18 Audited, and NIST 800-53 Certified. For customer convenience and support, onsite amenities include a Conference Room, Breakroom, Crash Cart(s), and WiFi access. Roof Access is also managed for necessary maintenance or services, and the floor type is a Raised Floor.
