This data center offers a significant 6,000 square feet of raised floor space, with the ability to expand up to 52,000 square feet to accommodate future growth. It is strategically positioned to provide access to local and long haul fiber networks and is located within the AT&T downtown zero mile local loop. The facility also grants roof rights with a clear line of sight to the north, east, and west, which is vital for wireless and satellite communications. The center maintains high compliance standards, evidenced by PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) and SSAE 16 Type II Certification (now often referred to as SOC 2).

The network infrastructure is robust, featuring a 24/7/365 on-site Network Operations Center (NOC), supported by an engineering team available on-call around the clock. A dedicated Meet Me Room (MMR) acts as a central hub where all carrier and customer connections terminate. Connectivity is streamlined by having carrier and customer patch panels located side-by-side, which simplifies interconnects and connection choice. Furthermore, the center offers a clear pricing structure with flat rate pricing for cross-connects regardless of the carrier or connection size. It hosts 2 Internet Exchange Points, connects to 12 peering networks, and is served by 6 network providers.

Power reliability is a key feature, utilizing redundant true online 150 kVA Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), configured for N+1 redundancy. The entire site is protected by Transient Voltage Surge Suppression (TVSS). Standby power is provided to ensure continuous operation in the event of a long-term power outage, also featuring N+1 redundancy. The overall design aligns with a Tier 3 classification, signifying a high level of availability and redundancy.

The environmental management system ensures optimal conditions for critical equipment. The facility employs thirteen 20 Ton HVAC units configured for N+1 redundancy to prevent overheating. The temperature is strictly maintained at 72 degrees F dry bulb at ASRAE 1% standards. Non-condensing humidity is kept within the ideal range of 30% and 60%.

Security is comprehensive, with all entry and exit points monitored via CCTV. Although there is no onsite security staff, the facility’s extensive compliance and monitoring protocols mitigate this. It is a multi-tenant (mixed use) facility constructed as a retrofitted building. Key certifications include DSS PCI Certified, SAS70 Type 2 Certified, and HIPAA compliance, underscoring its suitability for handling sensitive data.

The fully built-out whitespace is 26,000 square feet, offering various space options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and cages/footprints. Essential support services are provided, such as remote hands to assist with equipment maintenance and management. The facility supports whitespace expansion and provides both roof access and a meet-me-room (MMR).
