IonSwitch operates a fully owned, state-of-the-art datacenter strategically located in the Spokane Coeur d'Alene corridor. This region was deliberately selected for its exceptional operational stability and very low exposure to natural disasters. By taking advantage of economical power rates and a naturally efficient cooling climate, the facility delivers high performance while maintaining sustainable operating costs.

The datacenter is engineered to support a broad range of infrastructure requirements, serving everyone from individual developers to large-scale enterprise deployments. Core services include virtual solutions such as VPS Virtual Private Servers and VDS Virtual Dedicated Servers, along with physical hosting options like dedicated servers and full colocation services. Customers can choose from flexible space configurations including shared rackspace, partial cabinets, full cabinets, and private cages. On-site Remote Hands support is available to assist with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

To ensure maximum uptime and operational reliability, the facility is built with N+1 redundancy across all critical systems. This includes N+1 UPS redundancy to bridge power interruptions, N+1 cooling redundancy to maintain optimal operating temperatures, and N+1 standby power systems to protect against grid failures.
