It supports scalable colocation options. The facility is a multi-tenant (mixed use) space that became operational in 2010. The construction type is Retrofitted, and the building features a Solid Floor type. The power infrastructure for CVG01 is built for resilience and scalability. The Fully Built-Out Power capacity is 1.6 MW. Currently, the Live Power in use is 0.673 MW, with an additional 0.3 MW of power Under Construction. The UPS Redundancy is maintained at N+1, ensuring continuous operation even during power failures. The Max power/rack supported is 20 kW, supporting a maximum of 20 kW per rack and standard rack configurations.

To maintain optimal operating conditions, the cooling systems feature N+1 Cooling Redundancy. The facility's overall design adheres to a Tier 2 Design standard, indicating robust infrastructure with redundant capacity and a single path for power and cooling.

Security is a high priority, featuring multiple layers of protection. The facility is SOC 2 Type II Certified, demonstrating its adherence to stringent security and compliance standards. Physical security measures include 24/7 Onsite Security Staff, CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, and Card Access Control. Fire safety is managed by an Automatic Fire Suppression system utilizing a Pre-Action Dry Pipe Sprinkler System and Clean Agent (FM200).

The facility provides a total of 13,408 sq. ft. of Fully Built-Out Whitespace for customer equipment. Customers can choose from various colocation options, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites. Onsite support includes 24/7 Onsite Technical Staff, remote Hands services, and useful amenities like a Meet-Me-Room (MMR), Conference Room, Breakroom, Office Space, Loading Bay, Crash Cart(s), Loaner Tools, WiFi, and Parking Available.
