The facility provides access to premium fiber connectivity and advanced telecommunications infrastructure designed to ensure minimal latency for critical operations. Customers can leverage a robust VMware® vCloud Powered hosting environment, enterprise quality colocation, and a comprehensive suite of managed services. All solutions are backed by 100 percent uptime Service Level Agreements, ensuring continuous operations while utilizing environmentally sustainable technology.

Flexibility is a core feature of the facility’s design, with colocation options ranging from single cabinets to massive private suites. The site currently houses 800 available cabinets, with the capacity to support up to 10 KW of power per unit. Tenants can choose from private suites of 3,750 or 7,500 square feet, or opt for smaller pods of 20 to 40 cabinets. Every aspect of the colocation space is fully configurable to meet specific tenant requirements and technical specifications.

This Tier 3 facility operates with a concurrently maintainable 5 MW power capacity, with a planned expansion path up to 8 MW. The infrastructure is carefully balanced, allocating 4 MW to critical IT loads and 1 MW to cooling. The facility maintains an efficient average Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.17, reaching as low as 1.05. This efficiency is supported by a modular design that allows physical expansion without interruption to ongoing operations.

To ensure maximum reliability, the data center utilizes a fully redundant architecture from the utility feed down to individual cabinet PDUs. The site features N plus 1 UPS redundancy at 5 MW and N plus 1 standby generator power at 6 MW, supported by 24 hours of on site fuel. Cooling is reinforced by an N plus 2 redundancy system providing 1.2 MW of climate control. These A B redundancies and redundant power feeds eliminate single points of failure.

Security and regulatory adherence are central to this purpose built facility, operational since 2007. The site is protected by a fenced perimeter, mantrap entries, biometric access controls, and round the clock onsite security staff. The facility meets stringent compliance standards including HIPAA, SOC 1 and 2 Type II, PCI DSS, ITAR, SOX, and GLB requirements, making it suitable for highly regulated industries such as healthcare and finance.

In addition to technical infrastructure, the data center offers a professional environment with business amenities for visiting staff.
