Powered entirely by 100% renewable energy, NVA02D delivers 36MW of fully built-out power across a 280,000 square foot facility, aligning high performance with sustainability objectives.

Power and Redundancy
NVA02D is backed by two dedicated 300MW onsite substations operated by Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC), ensuring low-cost and highly reliable energy delivery. The facility offers N+1 redundancy across all critical systems, including UPS, cooling, and standby power, supporting uninterrupted operations.
