The New Jersey facility is located in Bridgewater, NJ, situated approximately 40 miles west of New York City. Its prime location places it along the fiber-rich "Magic Mile." Strategically, this data center serves as an ideal point for disaster recovery/business continuity due to its position between the company's existing Philadelphia and New York City facilities, ensuring resilient connectivity within the company's low-latency network.

The facility boasts a significant capacity, offering 2.3 MW (megawatts) of fully built-out power. This robust power infrastructure is complemented by high redundancy in critical systems. The UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Redundancy is rated at N+1, while the Standby Power Redundancy operates at an even higher 2N level, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability for client operations.

The data center spans 25,600 square feet (sq. ft.) of fully built-out whitespace. This substantial footprint accommodates a variety of client needs, offering multiple customizable configurations, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites. The center is designed to support diverse IT and operational requirements with flexible deployment options.

Security is maintained 24/7/365 through a multi-layered approach. Physical security features include a Mantrap Entry, comprehensive CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, and Card Access Control. For fire safety, the facility uses Automatic Fire suppression. Furthermore, the data center, like all 20 of the company's other facilities, is fully compliant with major regulatory standards, including HIPAA, PCI DSS, SSAE 18, SOC 2, and ISAE 3404.

The data center is fully staffed to provide continuous support and hands-on service. Onsite Security Staff and Onsite Technical Staff are available 24/7, ensuring immediate response to any physical or technical issues. The facility also offers Remote Hands service and includes a Loading Bay for equipment deliveries and installations.

The Bridgewater facility provides resilient connectivity, leveraging its location on the "Magic Mile" to offer access to multiple network options. It features three Peering networks and supports at least one Network provider to offer diverse and robust fiber connections.
