It currently houses over 200 diverse tenants, ranging from leading financial and healthcare institutions to academic, government, entertainment, and science and technology firms.

As the region's only "Carrier Hotel," Markley serves as the primary intersection for all major fiber routes in New England. The facility offers connectivity to over 50 domestic and international network providers through eight distinct points of entry. It also hosts a unique bandwidth exchange and over 80 peering networks, allowing clients to connect to multiple diverse networks while significantly reducing operational costs and complexity.

The facility is designed for massive scale, featuring 920,000 square feet of fully built-out whitespace and a robust power capacity of 30 MW. To accommodate businesses of all sizes, Markley provides a wide variety of spatial configurations. These options include everything from shared rackspace and partial cabinets to full cabinets, secure cages, private suites, and custom footprints tailored to specific organizational needs.

Reliability is central to the facility’s design, featuring high-level redundancy to ensure 100% uptime for its tenants. The infrastructure utilizes 2N UPS redundancy and 2N standby power redundancy, supported by an N+1 cooling configuration.
