ISOMEDIA.COM delivers a comprehensive suite of internet infrastructure services focused on Colocation and Dedicated Server programs, supported by a company-wide commitment to superior customer service. Their team of specialists, professionals, and technicians ensures reliable support across all service offerings. The Colocation service provides customers with the ability to connect their servers directly to ISOMEDIA’s redundant Internet backbone within secure operating centers, ideal for those with in-house server administration expertise. The Dedicated Server Program offers cost-effective hosting solutions featuring advanced hardware for web, database, and internet applications, with plans including up to 1000GB of monthly bandwidth under a one-year contract.

ISOMEDIA operates three data centers located in Redmond, Bellevue, and Seattle (within The Westin Building). The Bellevue facility features 4,200 square feet of fully built-out whitespace and supports multiple hosting configurations such as Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages. These facilities are designed to meet the needs of a variety of customer configurations and scalability requirements.

To ensure continuous uptime, the data centers are engineered with fully redundant power systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units and redundant generator backups. The Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue facilities also offer redundant AC and DC power options. The Bellevue data center features a raised floor environment and utilizes a Pre-Action Gaseous Fire Suppression System to protect critical infrastructure.

Security is integral to ISOMEDIA’s operations, with each facility functioning as a secure operating center equipped with CCTV surveillance, card-access control systems, onsite security personnel, and automatic fire suppression technologies. The Bellevue data center specifically employs FM-200 gas suppression. Customers also have access to fully enclosed, locking cabinets to safeguard their hardware.

ISOMEDIA ensures high-speed, reliable connectivity through its system of Private Interconnection Points (PIP), which provide direct access to multiple major network backbones. This architecture creates a robust, redundant backbone connection monitored 24/7 to maintain network integrity and performance across routing centers.

To maintain quality and compliance, ISOMEDIA’s facilities are SSAE 16 Type 2 certified and PCI compliant, meeting strict industry standards for security and operational controls.

ISOMEDIA offers two tiers of managed services to support various operational needs. The Managed Monitoring Service includes monitoring for up to 10 service or data points, such as CPU load and HTTP response time, along with one hour of administrative assistance per month. The Advanced Managed Monitoring Service expands coverage to 20 data points, adds OS patch maintenance, and includes four hours of monthly administrative assistance. Both service tiers provide 24/7 response for critical issues, with administrative hours shared across multiple servers. Remote Hands support is also available for onsite assistance.
