Designed for maximum reliability, the centers utilize power conditioning through Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and are supported by robust backup systems. An N+1 redundant HVAC system ensures consistent climate control using multiple primary and backup units. A redundant cable routing system and backup network equipment further bolster operational continuity. Data Center 1 employs an environmentally friendly Inergen fire suppression system and is supported by a 1.25 MW generator fed by a 4,000-gallon diesel reservoir. Data Center 2 features a 2 MW generator with a 5,000-gallon diesel fuel supply. A 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) staffed by senior system technicians ensures continuous monitoring and rapid response.
Robust Network Capabilities
The network infrastructure is built for high performance and resilience, featuring multiple redundant 10GigE core connections and multiple 10GigE upstreams to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. With a 100% uptime guarantee, the network leverages BGP4 routing on Brocade routers and utilizes 100% switch-based Gigabit Ethernet technology with equipment from Brocade and HP.
Advanced Security Measures
Security is tightly controlled with 24x7 closed circuit television (CCTV) monitoring and access restricted solely to internal systems and network administration staff. The data centers are equipped with over 60 surveillance cameras and a fully controlled keycard entry system to ensure comprehensive facility oversight.
Capacity and Power
The facility provides a fully built-out power capacity of 2 MW and supports up to 21,000 square feet of whitespace. Each rack can deliver up to 12 kW of power, making the site suitable for high-density computing needs.
Facility Features and Compliance
The site includes a Meet-Me Room (MMR) and offers a range of colocation services including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and remote hands support. Operational since 2004, the facility is a sole-tenant, purpose-built structure with available roof access.
