The facility spans a total of 130,000 square feet, with a large total plot size of 566,280 square feet. It features 50,000 square feet of raised floor whitespace that is fully built out, providing ample space for client equipment. It also offers various tenancy options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suites.
Power & Cooling Infrastructure
DLI ONE has a robust power infrastructure designed for high redundancy and availability. It has a total of 7.5 MW of fully built-out power, with 5 MW immediately available and 7.5 MW generators for backup. The facility is equipped with two 5 MW battery rooms and has N+2 redundancy for both its UPS and cooling systems. The maximum power density is 5 kW per rack and 4 kW per square foot, with a PUE of 1.8.
