This 40,000 square-foot, single-story structure is purpose-built for data center operations. It features a slab-on-grade foundation, steel frame construction, a brick façade, and minimal window exposure to enhance security and environmental control. The building stands 14 feet tall and is situated on six wooded acres, offering a natural screen from Godby Street.
Power and Capacity
The facility provides 16,000 square feet of raised floor space and is equipped with a robust 47 MW power capacity, ensuring high-density computing environments and redundancy for mission-critical applications.
Security and Access Control
The entire property is enclosed by a security fence, with vehicular access managed through a card-access-controlled automated gate. Building entry is similarly protected by a card access system, and the site is staffed by onsite security personnel 24/7. Additional security features include CCTV surveillance and biometric access controls.
Colocation Services
