H5’s Atlanta data center is a 110,000 SF facility and carrier hotel located at 345 Courtland St. NE in downtown Atlanta. It offers direct access to major Southeastern metro and long-haul network providers, including Level (3)’s Atlanta Gateway and Windstream’s networks. Its downtown location provides convenient access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, making it an attractive choice for enterprises, cloud providers, and content delivery networks seeking interconnection and mission-critical infrastructure.

The Atlanta data center is designed to support both customization and scalability. H5 provides powered shell options that enable customers to build data center environments tailored to their required uptime and financial objectives, without the high cost and delays of greenfield construction. Currently, the facility offers three private suites: one 6,900 SF suite and two full-floor 21,000 SF suites. The Atlanta data center is a carrier-neutral facility offering diverse connectivity to both 56 Marietta and 180 Peachtree, with nearly 10 on-site carriers. Customers can access Level (3)’s Atlanta Gateway for low-latency routes to key U.S. metros, as well as Windstream’s long-haul network. Multiple fiber entry points and fast cross connections—delivered within two business days—enhance flexibility. Carrier partners include AT&T, CenturyLink, FiberLight, Level (3), Lit Networks, Southern Telecom, Verizon, Zayo, and Windstream.
