The facility is housed within a purpose-built precast concrete structure engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 150 mph, ensuring long-term durability and resilience. It initially delivers 31,000 square feet of whitespace and is master-planned for future expansion up to 200,000 square feet. Inside, the design emphasizes flexibility, offering 13,000 square feet of dedicated tenant space that includes conference rooms, demonstration areas, and hoteling cubes, along with secure 48U lockable cabinets. Customers can deploy infrastructure using shared rackspace, secured cages, private suites, or fully customized build-to-suit environments.

Designed to support high-density deployments, the power infrastructure provides an initial 5MW of critical load capacity with the ability to scale up to 60MW. High availability is achieved through an N plus 1 UPS configuration paired with N plus 1 generator redundancy and 24-hour on-site fuel storage, ensuring uninterrupted operations during utility outages. Each cabinet is provisioned with dual UPS feeds, and reinforced concrete floor slabs in the data halls are engineered to support heavy, high-performance equipment.

Built around a Tier 3 design philosophy, the facility incorporates redundancy across all mission-critical systems to minimize downtime. Cooling is delivered through high-efficiency Direct Expansion units with N plus 1 redundancy, providing reliable thermal control even under peak loads. Hot aisle containment is implemented throughout the data halls to optimize airflow management, improve cooling efficiency, and support high-density hardware deployments.

The facility is constructed to professional Tier 3 standards, striking a balance between operational efficiency and enterprise-grade reliability. As a multi-tenant environment, it supports scalable growth while adhering to strict architectural and engineering standards. The design includes documented upgrade paths, allowing the site to adapt to future compliance requirements, certifications, and evolving industry benchmarks.

Security is foundational to the facility’s design and operations, with infrastructure aligned to CUI standards. The perimeter is secured by fencing, controlled vehicle access gates, and 24 7 365 manned security personnel. Internally, a layered security approach tracks access from the perimeter through data halls down to individual cabinets. This is reinforced by comprehensive CCTV coverage across all ingress and egress points, data halls, and office areas, along with secure customer lockers for sensitive equipment.

Operating as a carrier-neutral data center, the facility provides direct access to major network providers including AT and T, Zayo, and Comcast. Connectivity is powered by Ciena 100G plus optical technology, enabling low-latency connections to major Internet exchanges and private links to leading public cloud platforms. A Software Defined Network enables rapid service provisioning, while virtual cross-connects allow seamless integration with other data centers across the Southeast network footprint.

The facility offers on-site Remote Hands services for hardware installation and maintenance. Tenant amenities include dedicated workstations and demo spaces for visiting teams. A clearly defined scalability roadmap supports both physical expansion and increased power density, while a 100 percent uptime Service Level Agreement on optical connectivity underscores the commitment to reliability and performance.
