Its location is easily accessible via road, rail, and air, making it a convenient choice for businesses requiring frequent physical access to their infrastructure. The facility has recently benefited from significant investment, ensuring that all power generation, cooling, lighting, and fire suppression systems are state-of-the-art and ready for immediate use.

Spanning 22,000 sq ft with 2,200 sq m of fully built-out whitespace, the facility is designed for rapid installation and scalability. It can accommodate over 100 racks, offering flexible configurations ranging from quarter and half racks to full cabinets, cages, and dedicated private suites. Whether a client needs a single rack or a custom suite footprint, the pre-built and pre-configured nature of the site allows for a fast and efficient hardware setup.

To ensure maximum uptime, the facility boasts a total incoming power supply of 2MW, delivering 0.5MW of total IT power with a fully built-out capacity of 1MW. Reliability is built into the architecture via dual diverse power feeds to every rack and a 2N UPS redundancy system. In the event of a grid failure, the data centre is supported by an N+1 standby back-up generator, ensuring that critical operations remain online without interruption.

Maintaining the ideal climate for high-performance hardware is a priority, achieved through an N+1 cooling configuration. The facility utilizes a sophisticated mix of free cooling, adiabatic systems, and chilled water systems to manage temperatures efficiently. These redundant cooling measures ensure that even during peak loads or equipment maintenance, the hardware remains within optimal thermal parameters to prevent throttled performance or damage.

Security is managed through a multi-layered approach that includes 24x7x365 building monitoring, internal and external CCTV, and perimeter surveillance. Physical access is strictly controlled via biometric and card access systems. To protect against fire, the facility employs Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus VESDA and double-knock systems paired with FM200 fire suppressant, designed to extinguish threats without damaging sensitive electronics.

The data centre is a carrier-neutral hub featuring a Meet-Me-Room MMR and diverse network feeds from four major external carriers: BT, Virgin Media, Vodafone, and Zayo. Beyond technical specs, the facility is ISO27001 and 9001 accredited and provides a range of professional amenities. Clients have access to a loading bay, build rooms, meeting rooms, and Wi-Fi, along with essential comforts like parking, a kitchen, and 24/7 Remote Hands support for technical assistance.
