The facility is supported by a 2.25MVa power capacity with private on site High Voltage distribution, ensuring a steady and substantial energy supply for high density computing. To protect against utility failure, the site employs a 2N A and B distribution model for its switchgear and UPS systems, which provide 8 minutes of autonomy. For extended outages, N plus 1 generators are available, supported by 72 hours of on site fuel storage and priority resupply agreements, ensuring uninterrupted operation under all external conditions.

Optimal hardware performance is maintained through N plus N Denco CRAC units combined with hot aisle containment to efficiently manage thermal loads. Environmental conditions are precisely controlled using humidity sensors and a centralized Building Management System that monitors all critical services. Fire protection is delivered through VESDA smoke detection and a zoned IG55 Argon and Nitrogen fire suppression system, designed to suppress fire without harming sensitive electronic equipment.

The site follows a defense in depth security approach, beginning with a three meter high double mesh perimeter fence and controlled motorized vehicle gates. A private on site security team operates around the clock alongside a gatehouse and security bridge. Internally, mantrap airlock access points, reinforced security doors, and a centralized digital CCTV system ensure continuous monitoring and strictly controlled access to all sensitive areas.

As a carrier neutral facility, the data centre provides access to multiple Tier 1 network providers. The network is designed for high resilience, using diverse routing paths and fully redundant core switches and routers to remove single points of failure. This architecture supports scalable cross connections and delivers high speed low latency connectivity for enterprise and cloud based workloads.

The facility is engineered to support heavy enterprise equipment, offering a 10KN floor loading capacity and a 600mm deep raised floor void for efficient cable management. Customers can select from flexible colocation options including shared racks, partial cabinets, full cages, or private suites. Additional amenities include a loading bay, on site offices, a staff breakroom, and dedicated parking to support visiting engineers and operations teams.
