Facility Design & Capacity
The data centers are purpose-built with raised floor architecture and span two building floors. They feature 1 MW of fully built-out power and 5,000 square feet of fully built-out whitespace. Tenancy options are flexible, ranging from full and partial cabinets to shared rackspace, cages, suites, and build-to-suit footprints. To support customer operations, the facilities also provide a Meet-Me-Room (MMR), conference rooms, office space, a breakroom, a loading bay, and parking with EV charging.
Power & Cooling Infrastructure
Designed to Tier 3 standards, ANS data centers ensure operational resilience with a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.3. Power infrastructure includes N+2 UPS redundancy and N+1 standby power redundancy, guaranteeing uptime during outages. Cooling systems are also built with N+1 redundancy to maintain optimal operating conditions and safeguard IT equipment from overheating.
Security & Fire Protection
The facilities incorporate multiple layers of physical and environmental security. These include a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry, continuous CCTV monitoring, and both biometric and card access control systems. Fire protection measures include highly sensitive VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) systems and automatic gas suppression systems designed to extinguish fires without damaging critical hardware. On-site security staff provide 24/7/365 protection.
