Facility Design & Capacity
The purpose-built multi-tenant facility, operational since 2000, spans 300 sq.m. and is provisioned with raised floors. Colocation is available in full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace, with cabinet dimensions of 1000mm x 600mm and a post-to-post depth of 750mm–800mm, suitable for standard HP, Dell, Compaq, and Sun servers. Adjustable shelves are available for servers without compatible rails.
Power & Cooling Infrastructure
The facility is equipped with a fully built-out power capacity of 4 MW, with a maximum power allocation of 4 kW per rack and 10 kW per sq.m. The site maintains an efficient PUE of 1.5 and employs an N+1 cooling redundancy design to ensure reliability and availability.
Security & Fire Protection
Security is reinforced with a fenced perimeter, 24/7 onsite security staff, CCTV surveillance, and card access controls. Fire protection systems include dual-zone fire detection and automatic suppression using FM200 gas.
Connectivity & Interconnection
All switch ports are provisioned at 100Mbps or 1Gbps and are fully burstable unless capped bandwidth is chosen. Clients can access online bandwidth monitoring to track network usage. Remote management features include optional 8-port or 24-port power cycling devices, KVM over IP access with Virtual Media, and ad-hoc roaming KVM services. A meet-me-room (MMR) is available for interconnection.
