Lunar1 is a purpose-built data center designed to accommodate bespoke requirements for server racks in secure shared areas and dedicated private suites. N+1 diesel generators on site can provide uninterrupted power for up to a week, with 24x7 refueling contracts ensuring indefinite runtime. The N+N configuration ensures that each rack is fed by two independent PDU feeds, allowing maintenance without impacting client operations.High-capacity air conditioning, under-floor airflow management, and bespoke cold aisle containment maintain optimal server temperatures, contributing to an industry-leading PUE of 1.3. Cooling systems are fully redundant (N+1), ensuring continuity in case of mechanical failure or maintenance.

Lunar1 operates 24x7x365 access control for authorized personnel, with visitor activity monitored via CCTV and photographic records. The site is secured by a 2.5 m perimeter fence, electronic gate access, scanners for critical zones, and on-site manned security.Fire protection includes VESDA early-warning smoke detection and FM200 gaseous suppression systems capable of extinguishing class A, B, and C fires within seconds, minimizing damage and atmospheric toxicity.
