Today, that legacy of connectivity continues as the site transforms into the UK’s largest data center campus currently under development, specifically designed to handle the nation’s most demanding computational workloads.

In its current phase of development, the campus is set to support an ITE load of 40MW across 150,000 square feet of technical space. However, the site is built with future scalability in mind. The campus is prepared to expand well beyond its initial footprint, with the long term infrastructure capability to accommodate an impressive total IT load of 83MW, ensuring it can grow alongside the needs of its clients.
