This Tier III facility is a powerhouse of digital infrastructure, encompassing a total building size of 13,000 sqm with 3,700 sqm of dedicated white space. The site is designed to accommodate growth, offering 2,442 racks and flexible colocation options ranging from shared rack space and partial cabinets to private cages and bespoke suites. To protect physical assets from fire, the site utilizes an addressable analogue alarm system with a double knock condition, which triggers gas suppression both above and below the floor to extinguish threats without damaging delicate hardware.
