The LD10 data center serves as a premier hub for a diverse ecosystem, including financial institutions, cloud providers, and global enterprises. Housed in a single story steel framed building, the facility offers a substantial colocation area of 31,754 ft² approximately 2,950 m². To support ease of access for staff and clients, the site includes complimentary adjacent parking, ensuring that the physical logistics of visiting the data center are as seamless as the digital services provided within.

Designed to handle heavy duty hardware, the facility features a sophisticated raised floor system that optimizes airflow and cable management. The floor load capacity is rated at 12 kN per m², providing a robust foundation for high density server racks and heavy infrastructure components. Furthermore, the site is situated in a low risk flood plain, offering an additional layer of environmental security and peace of mind for long term hardware deployments.

LD10 is engineered for high performance computing, offering power and cooling densities ranging from 4.00 kVA to 8.0 kVA per cabinet. To ensure uninterrupted service, the Uninterruptible Power Supply system is configured with 2N + 1 redundancy. This complex electrical architecture ensures that even in the event of a component failure, the digital operations of its tenants remain completely unaffected.

The facility is equipped with a massive standby power array consisting of 10 generators, each rated at 2,500 kVA. These backup systems operate on an N+ 2 redundancy configuration, providing a significant safety margin during extended utility outages. This rigorous approach to power backup is a cornerstone of the facility commitment to maintaining 100 percent uptime for its global client base.

Maintaining optimal temperatures is critical for hardware longevity, and LD10 utilizes a hybrid system of dry air coolers and chillers to achieve this. The cooling infrastructure is highly resilient, with chillers maintaining N +2 redundancy and Computer Room Air Handler units operating at N plus 20 percent. This ensures that even during peak thermal loads or equipment maintenance, the climate within the data hall remains strictly controlled.

Security at LD10 is managed through a multi layered strategy combining physical human and electronic measures. The perimeter is protected by a dedicated fence, while the interior is monitored 24 hours a day by on site security guards. Electronic protections include a strict access control system, an intercom at key entry points, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance featuring a 90 day video retention policy to meet stringent compliance requirements.

As a Green by Design facility, LD10 holds numerous certifications including ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 for environmental and energy management. It also meets global standards for quality and security, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 1 and 2 Type II. Beyond technical specifications, the facility supports its human operators with on site amenities including a break room, meeting rooms, and high speed Wi Fi, fostering a productive environment for visiting technicians and engineers.
