The facility offers a comprehensive managed environment designed for high performance colocation. With a total building size of 8,046 m² and 2,940 m² of fully fitted out white space, the site provides a scalable foundation for diverse IT workloads. It features a maximum site power of 4 MVA, supported by a dual redundant distribution strategy that ensures consistent power delivery to all customer equipment.

Connectivity is a cornerstone of this facility, featuring dual independent fiber entry points to ensure path diversity. It serves as a carrier neutral hub with access to major providers including Lumen, BT, Vodafone, Verizon, and Colt itself. The infrastructure supports high speed networking through seven peering networks and six primary network providers, making it an ideal choice for businesses requiring low latency links and diverse carrier options.

To meet the rigorous demands of modern enterprise compliance, the data center maintains several world class certifications. These include ISO 27001 for information security management and ISO 50001 for energy management. Additionally, the facility is SOC 1 Type II certified, providing customers with documented assurance regarding the operational effectiveness of its internal controls and financial reporting safeguards.

The technical space is arranged over six floors, boasting a minimum floor to ceiling height of 3,100mm and an 850mm raised floor for efficient cabling and airflow. The environment is precision controlled, with cooling capabilities of 750W per m², maintaining temperatures below 26°C and humidity at 50 percent RH with acceptable variance. The technical areas are positively pressurized to eliminate dust ingress, ensuring a pristine environment for sensitive hardware.

Colt provides flexible physical footprints to accommodate varying hardware requirements. Options include full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and bespoke private suites. The facility is designed to house standard racks up to 2,200mm in height, with power distributed under floor and data cabling including fiber and copper managed via overhead containment and heavy duty ladder racks.

The site resilience is anchored by a sophisticated power backup system, including two 2MVA diesel generators capable of supporting 100 percent of the facility within one minute of a grid failure. Fuel is stored on site for 24 hour continuous operation, backed by a continuous supplier agreement. The UPS system utilizes four 165kVA hybrid rotary modules in an N plus 1 configuration, providing 15 minutes of battery autonomy to bridge any transition to generator power.

Security is managed through a multi layered approach involving continuous remote monitoring, electronic access control with photo and PIN keypads, and biometric palm scanners for colocation areas. The site includes an intruder detection system on all exit and riser doors. For operational support, the facility offers remote hands services, a dedicated loading area, and a customer test room to assist with equipment staging and ongoing maintenance.
