The Coreix facilities operate under a strict 24x7x365 monitoring regime, ensuring that the infrastructure is never left unattended. The site is fully staffed by onsite technical personnel and Network Operations Center experts who are available year round to provide professional services and remote hands assistance. This constant human presence ensures that any technical anomalies or client requests are addressed in real time, maintaining the high standards expected of a Tier 3 facility.

Security is a cornerstone of the facility’s design, employing a multi layered approach to protect sensitive hardware. Access is strictly governed by card controlled entry systems and biometric access controls to prevent unauthorized entry. This is bolstered by a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system and motion detecting technology that monitors the premises continuously, ensuring a secure environment for all colocation assets.

The facility offers a significant footprint, featuring 6000 square feet of raised floor space, which translates to a fully built out whitespace of 2973 square meters. This space is highly versatile, accommodating a wide range of hardware configurations including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and private cages or suites. Whether a client requires a small footprint or a large scale deployment, the infrastructure is designed to scale accordingly.

With a total power capacity of 16 MW, the facility is engineered for maximum uptime through comprehensive redundancy. The electrical system utilizes multiple Power Distribution Units, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, and Automatic Transfer Switches to ensure continuous delivery. In the event of a grid failure, onsite multiple diesel generators provide backup, with all critical power components maintained at an N plus 1 redundancy level.

To protect delicate electronic equipment, the facility maintains a strictly controlled environment using advanced HVAC units. These environmental controls are supported by N plus 1 cooling redundancy to prevent overheating. Furthermore, safety is prioritized through a sophisticated fire detection system that monitors areas both above and below the raised floor, all of which is integrated into the 24 by 7 Network Operations Center monitoring loop.

Connectivity is driven by diverse, fully redundant private dark fiber rings, providing a robust backbone for data transfer. The network architecture achieves high availability through the implementation of protocols such as Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol and Hot Standby Router Protocol. With an onsite Meet Me Room and access to various network providers, the facility ensures seamless, low latency communication for all tenants.
