The facility, which has been operational since 2011, offers a robust environment for colocation with a total of 310 m² (3,336 sq. ft.) of raised floor whitespace. This space is designed to be highly flexible, accommodating full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and secure cages. The standard rack configuration utilizes 42U cabinets, though custom height and size options are available upon request. To ensure a seamless working environment for technicians, the site is equipped with WiFi and offers Remote Hands services for on site assistance.

Connectivity is a core strength of the site, featuring four peering networks and multiple network providers. On net products support a wide range of bandwidth requirements through FastE, GigE, and 10 GigE interfaces. Clients can choose between flat rate or usage based billing options to suit their data consumption patterns. This network density, combined with the presence of four distinct tenants offering colocation services, creates a competitive and highly interconnected ecosystem for data exchange.

The facility operates with a live power capacity of 0.7 MW, backed by a sophisticated electrical distribution system. Primary power is managed via three Mardix PDUs (63amp, 300amp, and 200amp), while backup reliability is provided by a 200kVA Chloride UPS unit supported by two strings of 32 batteries. In the event of a prolonged utility failure, a 500kW Cummins Generator fueled by a 7,000 liter diesel tank ensures continuous operation. Standard power configurations include 1x16 amp circuits (AC 230V), with additional options for 6amp and 10amp feeds.

Security is maintained 24x7 through a multi layered approach centered on the C CURE card reader access control system. This system governs five essential doors, while non essential areas are secured with digital locks. The premises are under constant surveillance by eight local cameras recording to a hard drive, supplemented by two additional cameras that provide a direct feed to the Cogent Network Operations Center NOC. An integrated intruder alarm system provides a final layer of perimeter protection.

To maintain optimal hardware performance, the HVAC system utilizes five Airedale units (three 20 ton and two 10 ton) to regulate temperature and humidity across the data hall. Fire safety is equally prioritized through a comprehensive detection and suppression strategy. This includes 26 smoke heads positioned both above and below the raised floor, linked to a suppression system consisting of Argonite inert gas cylinders, designed to extinguish fires without damaging sensitive electronic equipment.
