Serving as a primary hub for international network exchange and an Internet Data Centre IDC, this facility occupies a substantial ground area of approximately 10,000 m². With an internal space of 9,735 m², it is engineered to house over 1,680 racks. The site is built for high density requirements, supporting an IT load of 9.66 MW plus and a total electricity capacity exceeding 15 MVA. This scale ensures that the centre can accommodate the massive data throughput required by global digital ecosystems.

Reliability is the cornerstone of this facility, featuring a 2N UPS redundancy configuration and N plus 1 standby power redundancy. The electrical architecture is bolstered by dual lead in electrical networks to prevent single points of failure. For cooling, the centre utilizes an N plus 2 redundancy system, ensuring that optimal temperatures are maintained even during equipment maintenance or unexpected failures. These systems collectively provide a robust environment for mission critical hardware.

Opened in December 2019, the data centre is a newly built, dedicated structure featuring a windowless design in the data hall areas to maximize thermal efficiency and security. The interior utilizes a raised floor system, which facilitates efficient airflow and cable management. To mitigate fire risks without damaging sensitive equipment, the facility is equipped with an automatic NOVEC 1230 suppression system, a clean agent fire suppressant that is both effective and environmentally friendly.

The facility offers superior connectivity options, featuring three individual lead in fibre cables to ensure diverse path networking. It includes a dedicated Meet Me Room and supports three peering networks, providing clients with low latency access to global carriers. Whether a business requires full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, or private cages and suites, the infrastructure is flexible enough to meet a wide variety of colocation footprints.

The centre holds five prestigious international standard certificates, including ISO IEC 27001:2013 for information security and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. Most notably, it has achieved both the Tier Certification of Design Documents and the Tier Certification of Constructed Facility from the Uptime Institute. It is also PCI DSS certified, making it an ideal choice for the financial industry and any organization handling sensitive payment card data.
