The Epsilon Global Hubs is a carrier-neutral, Tier 2-rated collocation facility situated in the City of London. Operational since August 16, 2008, the hub provides easy accessibility from major London airports and EuroStar terminals. Its strategic location and design cater to the evolving demands of carriers for power, connectivity, and managed services. The facility offers a range of colocation options including cages, footprints, and racks.

Epsilon Global Hubs is a carrier-grade facility with a raised floor design, offering a total whitespace of 510 sq.m. It has the capacity to host up to 150 racks, providing flexibility for both full and partial cabinet rentals, as well as shared rackspace. The facility also has a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and adheres to in-house cable management policies, ensuring efficient cross-connectivity.

The facility features a dedicated 1.4 MW power substation and an autonomous power supply system. It is designed to support a maximum power draw of 3.5 kW per cabinet (though the fully built-out max power per rack is listed as 3 kW). The UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) has an N+1 redundancy, and there is a backup generator for standby power, also with an N+1 redundancy. The air-conditioning system, which is crucial for maintaining optimal temperatures, also has N+1 cooling redundancy.

Security at Epsilon Global Hubs is robust and operates 24/7. It includes on-site security guards, video surveillance (CCTV), and an alarm system. For fire protection, the facility is equipped with an automatic fire suppression system. The fire suppression system is a combination of Novec, FM200, and IG55, which are clean agents that do not damage electronic equipment. Environmental monitoring is also in place to detect and mitigate risks before they escalate.

Epsilon Global Hubs serves as a crucial point for international connectivity. It has a high density of carriers, with 9 international carriers present on-site, including BT, Colt, Global Crossing, Verizon, and Epsilon itself. The facility's MMR facilitates seamless interconnection and peering, with 6 peering networks and 6 network providers. In addition to colocation, the facility offers remote hands services, and has on-site technical staff available 24/7 to assist with customer needs.

The facility is ISO 27001 Certified, signifying its adherence to international standards for information security management. Although the facility is described as being a "Tier 3" facility in one section, the detailed table lists its tier design as Tier 2, which indicates a good level of redundancy and availability, though it doesn't meet the stricter requirements for a Tier 3 facility.
