The facility is anchored by a massive 3.30MW onsite diverse 11KV power supply, ensuring it can handle high-density computing loads with ease. To safeguard against grid failures, the site features 3.6MW of onsite diesel generator backup configured with 2N+1 redundancy. This level of power security allows the provider to offer a 100% Power Service Level Agreement SLA, giving clients peace of mind that their critical hardware will remain energized regardless of external circumstances.

Inside the data halls, power distribution is handled with extreme precision to eliminate single points of failure. Every rack is equipped with diverse 32A A B and C power feeds, supported by a 2N+1 UPS redundancy system. This triple-feed capability ensures that even during maintenance or localized hardware faults, equipment continues to receive uninterrupted power, meeting the rigorous standards required for mission-critical operations.

Thermal management is achieved through a closed-circuit chilled water cooling system that utilizes dry air coolers. This design is specifically engineered to maintain a low Power Usage Effectiveness PuE, optimizing energy consumption while keeping hardware at ideal operating temperatures. By balancing high-performance cooling with environmental efficiency, the data center provides a sustainable environment for long-term hardware deployments.

Security is prioritized through a multi-layered approach, beginning with 24/7/365 onsite security personnel and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. Physical access is strictly regulated via mantrap entry systems, ensuring only authorized individuals can enter the whitespace. Additionally, the facility is ISO27001 certified, verifying that it meets international standards for information security management and physical site safety.

To protect physical assets from fire hazards, the facility employs a highly sensitive VESDA Very Early Warning Aspirating Smoke Detection system. In the event of an emergency, the site utilizes an IG541 IG55 gas fire suppression system. This clean agent approach is designed to extinguish fires quickly without damaging sensitive electronic equipment or leaving behind residue, providing a superior alternative to traditional water-based sprinklers.

Spanning 1,858 sq.m. of whitespace, the facility offers diverse housing options ranging from 1/8th racks to full custom cages and suites. Connectivity is a core strength, with multiple onsite carriers and 23 peering networks available to ensure low-latency data transfer. Furthermore, the data center is staffed 24/7 by onsite technical experts who provide Remote Hands services, allowing clients to manage their infrastructure without needing to be physically present.
