This premier edge data center boasts an impressive physical footprint, with a total building size of 155,000 sq. ft. and 54,919 sq. ft. of fully built out whitespace. Within this space, nLighten offers a versatile range of colocation options designed to scale with your business, including shared rackspace footprints, partial cabinets, full cabinets, and dedicated private rooms for larger deployments.

Reliability is the cornerstone of the Chester facility, which operates on a Tier 3 design standard. The power architecture features N plus 1 standby power redundancy, ensuring continuous operation through independent A and B power feeds delivered to every cabinet. Efficiency is also a top priority, with the site achieving a competitive Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.29. To support high density hardware, the infrastructure allows for a maximum power density of 7 kW per rack.
