Strategically located in the West Midlands, we own and operate two N+N data centers in Wolverhampton and an additional high specification facility in Redditch. These locations are in close proximity to Birmingham, providing an ideal setup for disaster recovery and high availability configurations. The physical infrastructure is designed for heavy duty use, featuring heavy grade raised access flooring and a Tier 3 design that balances robust performance with efficient layout.

The facilities are engineered to stay online regardless of external conditions, utilizing an 11KV diversely fed ring main power supply. Power reliability is guaranteed through N+N UPS infrastructure providing A+B feeds directly to the racks, supported by N+N SDMO diesel generators with automatic changeover. With a maximum power capacity of 8 kW per rack and full 2N redundancy for both UPS and standby power, we ensure that your equipment remains operational through any utility fluctuation.

To maintain optimal hardware performance, the data centers employ N+1 energy efficient CRAC Computer Room Air Conditioning units. This cooling system is backed by comprehensive environmental monitoring to track temperature and humidity levels in real time. By utilizing a Tier 3 design and modern cooling technology, we provide a stable climate that extends the lifespan of your networking equipment while maintaining high energy efficiency standards.

Connectivity is a core strength of our offering, featuring a 100Gbps UK wide network with the flexibility for clients to bring their own connectivity if preferred. The facilities include dedicated Meet Me Rooms and access to three major network providers and 11 peering networks. This carrier neutral approach, combined with high speed backbone access, ensures low latency and high throughput for all hosted services.

Beyond the technical specs, we provide a seamless experience for your staff through 24/7/365 remote hands and physical access. On site amenities include dedicated customer work areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and office spaces, all equipped with Wi Fi and refreshments.
