Spanning a total of 23,500 sq ft, the facility provides 941 sq.m. of dedicated whitespace across two distinct buildings. It is designed to house over 441 racks, offering versatile colocation options including full, half, and quarter cabinets, as well as shared rackspace and private cages. This retrofitted, sole tenant construction also features an expandable Meet Me Room and a dedicated loading bay to facilitate easy equipment transitions.

The site is engineered for high availability performance with a fully built out power capacity of 1.9 MW, providing 1.1 MW of total IT power. Reliability is ensured through dual diverse power feeds to every rack, supported by an N plus 1 UPS redundancy configuration. In the event of a utility failure, the facility maintains N plus 1 standby power redundancy to ensure critical hardware remains online without interruption.

To maintain optimal hardware performance, the facility utilizes an advanced air cooled chiller system. This system incorporates free cooling technology to maximize energy efficiency while operating in an N plus 1 configuration. This level of redundancy ensures that even during maintenance or component failure, environmental conditions within the whitespace remain stable and within technical specifications.

Security is managed through a rigorous, multi tiered approach designed to meet Tier 2 standards. The perimeter is protected by a fenced boundary and internal and external CCTV surveillance, monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by onsite security staff. Access is strictly controlled via a combination of biometric scanners and card access systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel can enter the white space.

As a carrier neutral hub, the facility provides diverse network feeds from leading external providers including BT, Virgin Media, Zayo, and Colt. With 12 peering networks and two primary network providers, businesses benefit from high speed bandwidth and low latency connections. The presence of nine tenants offering colocation services further enriches the onsite ecosystem, providing ample opportunities for cross connection and networking.

Protecting physical assets is supported by a high priority safety suite featuring VESDA, which stands for Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus, and double knock systems. In the event of an incident, the facility utilizes an FM200 fire suppression system designed to extinguish fires quickly without damaging sensitive electronic equipment, providing a higher level of protection than standard water based sprinkler systems.

The facility is fully accredited with ISO27001 for information security and ISO9001 for quality assurance, reflecting a commitment to international operational standards. Beyond the technical specifications, the site supports technical teams with comprehensive amenities, including Remote Hands available at all times, a dedicated build room, meeting rooms, Wi Fi access, a kitchen with complimentary refreshments, and ample onsite parking.
