Maahr represents a significant milestone in regional technology, ranking 26th globally and serving as the first water-cooled GPU-powered data center in the Middle East. Operating as a High-Performance Computing as a Service (HPCaaS) provider, Maahr offers a diverse array of services tailored to meet the intensive demands of scientific research, academic studies, and commercial enterprises. By specializing in extensive computational power, it bridges the gap for organizations requiring high-density processing capabilities within a purpose-built, multi-tenant environment.

The facility is a purpose-built structure encompassing a total building size of 1,000 square meters, with a dedicated whitespace area of 200 square meters. Despite its compact footprint, the center is engineered for extreme density, supporting a fully built-out power capacity of 1 MW. It offers flexible colocation options to suit various business needs, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and secure cages for those requiring physical isolation for their hardware.

Maahr is defined by its cutting-edge thermal management, utilizing specialized water-cooling technology to manage the heat generated by powerful GPU arrays. This allows the facility to achieve a remarkable maximum power density of 55 kW per rack and a ground-breaking 1,000 kW per square meter. This engineering excellence results in a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.1, indicating a highly efficient operation where very little energy is wasted on non-computing overhead.

To ensure uninterrupted service for mission-critical workloads, Maahr employs robust redundancy protocols across all essential systems. The Uninterruptible Power Supply UPS and cooling systems both operate on an N+1 redundancy configuration, ensuring that a component failure does not lead to a system shutdown. Furthermore, standby power redundancy is even more resilient at N+2, providing multiple layers of backup to maintain operations during prolonged external power disruptions.

Security is a core pillar of the Maahr facility, featuring a multi-layered defense strategy to protect sensitive data and hardware. The perimeter is fully fenced and monitored by constant CCTV surveillance, with physical entry controlled via a mantrap and biometric access systems. In addition to card access controls, the site is patrolled by 24/7 onsite security staff, ensuring that only authorized personnel can navigate the facility at any time.

Operational since 2024, the data center is equipped with advanced Firecot automatic fire suppression systems to mitigate risks to high-value equipment. Technical support is readily available through onsite staff during business hours, supplemented by Remote Hands services for off-site clients. The facility is designed for longevity and growth, offering whitespace expansion capabilities and roof access for specialized telecommunications or cooling requirements.
