The KoçSistem Çamlica Data Center is a robust facility covering a total area of 2,000 m², with 1,300 m² dedicated to the system room and the remaining 700 m² for other essential facilities. Constructed on a Z2 type ground, the data center prioritizes safety, with bearing columns reinforced using carbon fiber and epoxy to comply with earthquake regulations.

Power is supplied via two separate transformers operated by TEDAS. The data center ensures uninterrupted and high-quality power for its information technology equipment through a pool of four uninterrupted power supplies (UPS) connected in an N+1 parallel logic. This UPS pool has a total capacity of 3,400 KVA and can sustain operations for 25 minutes until the backup power generators activate. Climate control is maintained by sensitive air-conditioning equipment operating with N+1 logic in all system rooms, keeping the ambient temperature between 20–25°C and humidity at 45%.

Security is stringent, featuring biometrical passage systems utilizing iris samples at the main entrance and system rooms, with all entrance logs archived. Fire safety is a critical component, with fire detection and extinguishing systems active in two independent levels (ground to suspended ground, and suspended ground to ceiling) in all rooms (operator, system, electricity/UPS, and warehouse). The clean agent fire suppression system uses FM200 and Novec 1230 gases, supplemented by nonconductor fire extinguishers distributed throughout the facility.

The data center's air-conditioning, fire and water detection systems, UPS, and power generators are all integrated with a central infrastructure monitoring application. System rooms are standardized with 40U and 42U cabinets, which receive power from two different energy pools to ensure redundant power for active devices. The facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with at least two operators on every shift who perform all operational controls, including infrastructure checks.
