The Netfactor datacenter, located in Istanbul, Turkey, began operations in 2007 and occupies an area of 450 m². The facility is designed with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime, with a strong commitment to sustainability through energy-efficient practices.

Netfactor primarily provides colocation services, offering a robust infrastructure for clients with diverse needs for data storage, management, and accessibility. Colocation options include full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, suites, and remote hands for operational assistance. The datacenter’s expertise in telecommunication and internet technologies further strengthens its service offerings.

The facility is built for high reliability and redundancy in critical systems. Cooling redundancy is provided at N+2, while standby power redundancy follows a 2N configuration, ensuring uninterrupted operations even in case of component failures.

Netfactor maintains the highest standards of security and safety. The datacenter is monitored continuously via CCTV and controlled with a card access system. Fire suppression is managed through a comprehensive FM200 system. Onsite security and technical staff are present 24/7 to support operations and maintenance.

Netfactor operates its own network and is registered as an ISP/Broadband services provider under Autonomous System Number (ASN 56582). This allows the datacenter to manage its network infrastructure independently, enhancing its telecommunication and internet service capabilities. Its strategic location in Istanbul makes it a key player in regional connectivity.
