The data center operates with an installed power capacity of 1.5 MW, supplied by a transformer that is directly connected to the medium voltage power line. It is designed to support a variety of colocation needs, offering Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, and Shared Rackspace options.
Power Infrastructure
The facility ensures high availability and redundancy with an EATON Powerware parallel UPS system configured as 2N+2, meaning it includes two additional spare units and twice the required capacity. The UPS batteries can sustain operations for up to 30 minutes, ensuring continuous uptime during power fluctuations. Backup power is supplied by AKSA generators in an N+1 configuration, which alternate every 4 hours during extended outages. The power grid connection is equally resilient, featuring redundant links to two different power plants from four points using dual ring connections, ensuring uninterrupted service continuity.
Security Measures
Security is comprehensive, encompassing Physical, Human, and Electronic layers. The data center adheres to internationally recognized standards, holding certifications such as ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management). Robust DDoS protection is implemented, offering 360 Gbps mitigation capacity for domestic traffic and 2000 Gbps for international traffic, ensuring network integrity and protection from cyber threats.
Network Connectivity
As a critical domestic access point, the facility is directly linked to the Türk Telekom MPLS backbone, with connections to two carriers (Türk Telekom and Turk.net) and one Internet Exchange (TR-IX). Customers can connect via 1Gbit copper or fiber, 10Gbit, or 40Gbit fiber ports, which can be configured through dual or single routers based on their requirements. The network core architecture provides 99.95% uptime and complete end-to-end redundancy for all critical equipment.
Colocation Services
The data center offers scalable and flexible colocation solutions tailored to customer needs, including Full, Partial, and Shared Rackspace. Cooling is managed by Liebert Hiross precision-controlled air conditioning systems with N+1 redundancy, complemented by a hot/cold aisle containment system and a 60 cm raised floor reinforced against earthquakes. The facility also provides Remote Hands services to support on-site technical requirements efficiently.
