The facility began operations in 2012 and is a multi-tenant data center, housed within a 6-floor, retrofitted building with a Total Building Size of 7,000 sq.m. and a Fully Built-Out Whitespace of 2,500 sq.m. The facility holds a Tier 3 Certification.
Service Offerings
KIRZ provides a range of flexible infrastructure options including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, and Shared Rackspace. Essential operational support is ensured with 24/7 Onsite Security Staff and 24/7 Onsite Technical Staff (Remote Hands). The floor features a Raised Floor design with a Max Floor Load of 700 kg/sq.m. and a Floor to Ceiling Height of 400 cm.
Power & Cooling Redundancy
The facility maintains robust redundancy for critical systems. UPS Redundancy is 2N, provided by 4 x 800 kVA UPS units with a 15-minute back up time (Full load) and a Battery Monitoring system. The maximum power density is 250 kW/sq.m. Cooling Redundancy is N+1, supported by 3 x 300 ton Chillers and 2 chilled water risers. Standby Power Redundancy is N+2, utilizing 2 x 2500 kVA Dry Type Transformer for IT Load, 2 x 2500 kVA for Non IT Load, and 2 main incoming power feeds.

Physical security is comprehensive, featuring a Fenced Perimeter and a Mantrap Entry. Access is strictly controlled via Card Access Control and continuous CCTV surveillance. Fire safety is managed by an Automatic Firesuppression system, specifically the NN-100 (Nitrogen) Gas suppression system. Onsite Security Staff are present 24/7.
