This certified high-security data center serves as a prime location within the Zurich-Basel-Bern business triangle, making it an ideal choice for businesses seeking central, high-security data management. Services offered across the complex include Colocation, cages, data center space, Virtual Data Center (IaaS), server housing, emergency workstations, and office space. The facility is split into two main sections: Buildings 1 & 2 are high-security modules at a Tier-IV-Level with 10,000 m² of space, while Building 3 is a specialized high-density center featuring 3,600 m² with high-power capacity.

The total complex boasts 10,400 sq.m. of Fully Built-Out Whitespace and is designed to accommodate various client needs with options for Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites. Building 3, the high-density center, offers a capacity of up to 25 kW/rack and provides client amenities including a Complete FSA building (facility service area) with a rest room, catering area, meeting rooms, repair room, cloakrooms, storage areas, and dedicated office workspace. Deliveries are facilitated by a truck security portal, double delivery ramp, and multiple transport elevators, including a large one capable of handling up to 12 tons, with doors 3.10 m high for efficient rack delivery.

The facility features robust, independent power infrastructure, drawing a total of 40 MW from two separate substations and power lines. It ensures uninterrupted operations with multiple diesel generators providing 7 days of autonomous power. The power infrastructure includes Redundant UPS systems. Cooling systems are also Redundant, contributing to an excellent Energy Efficiency of PUE 1.19.

Security is a top priority, featuring 24/7-security personnel on-site and sophisticated access control. This includes a State-of-the-art biometric access control system, CCTV surveillance, and Card Access Control. Building 3 implements enhanced security with a guard house and 8 security zones. Fire protection is managed by an Automatic Firesupression system utilizing a Redundant nitrogen extinguishing system. The entire operation benefits from 24/7-monitoring.

The data center operates on a Carrier-neutral connectivity model, fostering a competitive and reliable network environment. It features a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and has access to 27 Peering networks and 4 network providers. The data center also supports 2 tenants offering colocation services.

The facility meets high standards of operational excellence and security. Buildings 1 & 2 are classified as Tier-IV-Level, while the overall facility is certified as Tier 3 Design and Tier 3 Certified. Key certifications include ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management System). It is also DSS PCI Compliant and compliant with the ISAE 3402 assurance report (available upon request).

Beyond core data services, the center provides value-added features such as Remote Hands service and client-exclusive amenities like a Conference Room, Breakroom, and Office Space.
