FSIT AG operates its servers in its own Swiss data centers (CH-Die001 & CH-Die002) in the canton of Zurich and does not act as a reseller. For maximum availability and performance, only branded hardware is used.

In the colocation area, FSIT AG offers scalable solutions for businesses. The facilities in Zurich provide various housing options, including tower housing, rack housing, and private cages. This ensures flexibility for different IT infrastructure requirements. Specific colocation offerings include full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rack space, and cages. These services are complemented by remote hands support and peering networks.

Special attention is given to fast and professional support, which, depending on the Service Level Agreement (SLA), is also available outside regular business hours to ensure high customer satisfaction. Services and servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (7x24x365). In case of disruptions, the respective teams are immediately informed to take appropriate action.
