EveryWare has owned and operated its own secure, high-performance data centers for over 25 years, with a total area of 3,500 m² spread across two strategic locations in the Zurich metropolitan area. The facilities are built to Tier-3 standards, ensuring maximum reliability and high availability. They include comprehensive fire protection systems, redundant air conditioning, and multiple layers of physical security. To optimize efficiency, the data centers are segmented into different customer zones, allowing high power capacities to be allocated per customer area independently of other zones’ consumption.

EveryWare specializes in Professional Data Center Outsourcing, providing a wide range of colocation options such as Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Private Cages, and Private Rooms. The Private Rooms feature independent fire protection, air conditioning, and electricity concepts for enhanced security and reliability. In addition, EveryWare offers Remote Hands service, operation services, hardware management, disaster recovery, and comprehensive consulting to support business continuity.

The data centers feature a highly reliable power setup with two transformers connected to separate electrical substations, dual UPS circuits, and a diesel generator for backup power. They support high-density power capacities ranging from 2–5 kW/m². Cooling efficiency is ensured through a free-cooling principle, redundant (N+1) air conditioning units, dual cooling circuits, and hot-cold aisle enclosures with customized rack layouts. These measures enable the facility to maintain a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) well below the European benchmark.

EveryWare maintains strict compliance with industry standards, holding ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management Systems and ISAE 3000 Type 2 certification for quality assurance. The company also fully adheres to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) guidelines for banking outsourcing (Circular 2018/3), ensuring maximum trust and compliance for financial sector clients.

The data centers feature robust security measures, including access via isolation or material locks and biometric isolation systems for the highest level of protection in Private Rooms and Cages. Security is further reinforced with 24/7 video surveillance, laser monitoring, and around-the-clock staffing from the EveryWare Operations Center. This ensures constant monitoring and rapid response in case of incidents.

EveryWare’s network resilience is built on a five-fold redundant setup with multiple carriers, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. Separate pipe and route routing further enhance availability. The infrastructure also supports redundant synchronous mirroring, providing customers with maximum data protection, recovery capabilities, and seamless high-performance connectivity across both public and private networks.
