Sustainability is at the heart of NorthC’s long term strategy, with an ambitious goal to be completely climate neutral by 2030. This mission is built upon four primary pillars: the use of 100 percent green energy, the integration of green hydrogen as a power source, the modular construction of their facilities to reduce waste, and the optimal recovery of residual heat produced by the data centers. By repurposing this excess heat, NorthC minimizes its environmental footprint and contributes to a circular energy economy.

The facilities are designed for high density performance, featuring a fully built out power capacity of 4 MW and a generous whitespace of 3,380 square meters. To accommodate a diverse range of client needs, NorthC offers various colocation configurations. These include full and partial cabinets for standard requirements, shared rackspace for smaller footprints, and private cages or suites for enterprises requiring physical isolation and enhanced privacy for their hardware.

Reliability is ensured through a Tier 3 design that prioritizes uptime and electrical resilience. The sites utilize a 16 kV 2N grid connection supported by an N plus 1 UPS redundancy system to handle immediate power fluctuations. For long term outages, the facility maintains 2N generator redundancy. The cooling architecture is equally robust, utilizing redundant chilled water and free cooling systems with cooling towers, all maintained at an N plus 1 redundancy level to protect sensitive hardware from thermal stress.

NorthC employs a multi layered security protocol consisting of five distinct security zones to prevent unauthorized access. The perimeter and interior are monitored by 24 7 CCTV and professional on site security personnel, supplemented by biometric access controls. To protect against environmental hazards, the facility is equipped with Early Fire Detection RAS and a sophisticated fire suppression system using nitrogen and argon, which extinguishes fires without damaging electronic components.

Beyond physical space, NorthC provides extensive technical support through its 24 7 Remote Hands service, which handles patching, equipment migration, and installations. Clients can manage their needs through a digital self service portal for service requests or rely on the team for logistical support and goods storage. With dedicated monitoring for incident detection and three peering networks already installed, NorthC ensures a seamless high performance environment for modern digital operations.
