Facility Capacity & Design
Designed for high performance and operational resilience, the facility meets Tier III standards and delivers a 99.999 percent availability rate. It provides a fully built power capacity of 0.6 MW across 1,000 square feet of whitespace while maintaining a Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.35. Clients benefit from flexible deployment options such as full and partial cabinets, shared rackspace, private cages and suites, and individual footprint configurations.
Power Infrastructure & Redundancy
The data center’s electrical infrastructure is engineered for continuous operation through a robust peering power configuration. Power delivery is supported by a 630 kVA transformer and two 360 kW diesel generators to ensure resilience during outages. To guarantee seamless power continuity, two independent UPS systems with a combined capacity of 2 × 324 kW provide immediate backup and high level redundancy.
Climate Control & Fire Safety
Environmental conditions are optimized through a redundant chilled water cooling system combined with free cooling towers operating at N plus 1 redundancy. Fire protection is ensured by an Early Fire Detection system that continuously monitors air quality. In the event of a fire, nitrogen based suppression is deployed, reducing oxygen levels to extinguish flames without damaging sensitive electronic equipment.
Security & Technical Services
Security is managed through five dedicated security zones, incorporating 24 hour CCTV surveillance, on site professional security personnel, and biometric access control systems. In addition, NorthC provides 24 hour Remote Hands services for installations, patching, and migrations. Clients also benefit from a digital self service portal for request management, continuous incident monitoring, and full logistics support for hardware delivery, storage, and handling.
