DIGITAL VALUE Data Center

Digital Value is located in Valencia along the main axis connecting the city to the south. The data center occupies a total building area of 500 m² over two floors, dedicated to technical operations, offices, workshops, and heavy machinery. The technical room, where servers are hosted, spans 150 m² and features raised floors with high-lift cabinets designed for server placement. The data center project was executed with the assistance of international experts, successfully addressing challenges related to air conditioning, ventilation, cabling separation, access control, and monitoring, ensuring efficient management and operation.

Digital Value is designed to accommodate up to 1,100 data servers, with all infrastructure—including electrical power, cooling capacity, and uninterruptible power systems—dimensioned to support this capacity. The facility uses high-quality 19" cabinets manufactured by Rittal (Switzerland), featuring glass doors at the front and blind doors at the rear. These cabinets support heavy server loads and ensure continuous power and data transmission. Onsite services include full monitoring of all systems 24/7.

The data center features robust thermal conditioning with five high-capacity units capable of maintaining optimal temperatures and humidity levels, thereby extending the performance and lifetime of the equipment. Each cabinet is equipped with high-power exhaust fans to improve internal airflow. Power redundancy is ensured through modern UPS systems (PowerWare 9155, 15 KVA, N+1 configuration) and high-quality electric generators, including Marelli 100 KVA units with electronic speed control for signal quality and noise insulation. The facility’s fully built-out power capacity is 3 MW.

Digital Value follows best practices for data center management, ensuring proper separation of data and power cabling, dielectric room environment control, and reliable UPS and generator support for uninterrupted operation. All equipment is dimensioned to meet current and anticipated server capacity requirements.

Security is a key focus, with continuous monitoring and surveillance, restricted access to technical areas, and 24/7 onsite security staff to safeguard equipment and operations.

The data center is multi-tenant, with a mix of full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rack space available. The facility allows for expandable whitespace, supporting future growth. It is a retrofitted construction spread over two floors, with dedicated technical, office, and support areas.

Digital Value is equipped with a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and offers robust connectivity options, enabling flexible interconnections for tenants and supporting high-performance networking requirements.
