Data Cloud Technology's state-of-the-art data center in Kragujevac, opened in December 2020, is a major facility designed for secure data and equipment storage. Situated on a 4-hectare parcel, the site consists of two buildings with a total area of 14,000m² of whitespace. It is engineered to the TIER 4 reliability standard, guaranteeing 99.995% uptime, and features a fully built-out power capacity of 14MW, accommodating 1080 rack cabinets.
Uninterrupted Power Supply
The Datacenter guarantees continuous operation with a robust 2N redundancy for its power supply. This design includes dual substations to ensure electricity flow even during a failure. This is further supported by backup diesel generators with a 96-hour autonomy and UPS devices, providing an uninterrupted power source essential for sensitive IT equipment.
Advanced Cooling and Energy Efficiency
A sophisticated 2N redundant cooling system, utilizing chillers and In-Row units, maintains optimal operating temperatures. This system creates efficient "hot" and "cold" zones to ensure stable air circulation. The facility also champions high energy efficiency by repurposing waste heat generated by the IT equipment to provide heating for the buildings.
Carrier-Neutral Connectivity
The telecommunications infrastructure is carrier-neutral, offering clients complete system redundancy and flexibility. A central "meet-me-room" provides access and connections to all telecommunications operators present within the data center, which includes 2 peering networks and 1 network provider.
Security and Fire Protection
The facility is protected by multiple layers of security, including a fenced perimeter and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. For fire safety, it employs advanced automatic detection and suppression systems. Specifically, the center utilizes a Novec™ 1230 gas system to extinguish fires quickly without damaging the sensitive electronic equipment.

These range from full cabinets and partial cabinets to shared rackspace, secure cages, and private suites.
