A Computerized Building Management System (BMS) monitors and controls all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems in real time.
Power Infrastructure
The electrical design prioritizes resilience with a total connected load of 1.2 MVA and a demand load of 0.9 MVA. Power is delivered through two 1500 kVA transformers that step down to 380/220V. Backup power is supported by three continuous-rated 2354 kVA/1883 kW generators in an N+1 redundancy configuration, managed by paralleling switchgear for maintainability. A parallel redundant UPS system (N+1) with 200 kVA modular units provides 30 minutes of autonomy at full load. Additional support includes an Active + Active (N+N) rectifier for 200 W/m² and 1000 Ah batteries capable of two 2-hour backup periods.
