This data center has a high-capacity electrical system with a connected load of 10.75 MVA and a demand load of 9 MVA. The power is distributed through eight 2500 kVA power transformers, ensuring a robust supply. Cooling is supported by four air-cooled water chillers with an N+1 redundancy to ensure continuous operation. The Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) system also operates with N+1 redundancy. The data center's equipment is designed to handle a cooling load of 1000 W/m². A Building Management System (BMS) is in place to verify and manage all mechanical and electrical equipment.

The facility is a Tier 3 data center, which is designed to provide high availability and concurrent maintenance.
