This Tier 3 datacenter, operational since 2019, functions as a sole-tenant facility within a retrofitted structure. It is staffed 24/7 by onsite security personnel and designed for high availability and redundancy across all critical systems, ensuring continuous operation for its clients.

The datacenter features a fully built-out whitespace of 300 sq.m. and a total power capacity of 5 MW. It provides flexible tenancy options, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites Footprints, with expandable whitespace. Standard 42U racks are protected by dual PDUs arranged vertically and UPS systems, supporting a maximum of 8 kW per rack. The facility also includes a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and offers Remote Hands services for client assistance.

Power is highly redundant, supplied from three distinct sources—overhead, underground, and diesel generator—providing 300 kW capacity for electrical systems. The diesel generator offers 24 hours of autonomy and is managed through automatic power transfer switches with manual overrides. Cooling is maintained by an industrial climate control system with 2+1 fault tolerance and a 250,000 BTU capacity. Comprehensive monitoring tracks UPS power consumption, battery runtime, circuit breaker status, PDU performance, diesel generator maintenance needs, and temperature across various zones, including cooling unit egress.

The datacenter employs robust security measures, including CCTV coverage for indoor and outdoor areas, multi-zone access control with credential logging, and an advanced alarm system using biometric, movement, and infrared sensors with dispatch capabilities. Fire protection is provided through Bosch detection systems paired with Siemens Novec gas suppression. Additional safeguards include door and flood sensors with humidity indicators to ensure environmental safety.

Connectivity is designed for redundancy and diversity, combining multiple underground data provider routes with microwave links. Inside the facility, separate redundant pathways are used for fiber and copper cabling. Monitoring includes data transfer distribution across ISPs, traffic per switch port, firewall hits (indicating DDoS or port scanning), email traffic (spam activity), and overall network performance.

The datacenter meets rigorous quality and security standards, evidenced by Tier 3 design compliance and ISO certifications, including ISO 27001 for information security management and ISO 9001 for quality management.

Additional infrastructure enhancements include specialized grounding for all metallic objects, antistatic flooring, and environmental sensors such as smoke and infrared detectors. Server and storage performance monitoring extends to individual VMs, tracking CPU load, RAM consumption, storage availability, snapshot status, I/O latency, service availability, and SSL certificate expiration. Roof access is also provided for maintenance and inspection purposes.
